Valley To The Sea Half Marathon & 5k/10k

Race Weekend

  • Online Registration ends March 19th @ 11:00pm   

  • Packet pick-up & Late Registration on March 20th, 2PM-5PM.  At the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary

  • Race day March 21st-HALF MARATHON STARTS @ 6:00am (Iao Needle State Park). Shuttle Bus to start line leaves at 5am from National Humpback Whale Marine Sanctuary.  Must reserve seat!!!    5k/10k will start and finish at National Marine Sanctuary at 6:15am.  Parking is limited at the Sanctuary, so you should get dropped off or park on the side streets not blocking the running path.
  • Medals for all half marathoners.  Awards for top 3 age divisional leaders for half marathoners.   Medals for top 3 age divisional leaders for 5k and 10k and also finisher medals.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*There will be 8 aid stations on the course for the full marathon every 1.7-2 miles.
Porta potties at start and finish and a few in between.
*All aid stations will have water/gatorade/and some snacks
*Will have snacks at end of race
*Remember All races END AT SAME SPOT.
*For the half marathon, THERE IS AN ELEVATION CHANGE OF 600-850 FEET.
*Parking is limited, so please try to get dropped off at the start/finish line or park on the nearby side streets.  Do not block running course.  Also be aware that there are local residents across the street from the Whale Sanctuary, so please be respectful of noise early in the morning.
